justify;\">The inaugural Emergency Medicine Symposium 2023 was held on the beautiful island of Langkawi - Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The intention was to provide education relevant to practising ED clinicians in a collegial format while located in a luxurious family-friendly location.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was humbling and exciting to meet our wonderful delegates from all over Australasia, who embraced our academic content and social functions with equal vigour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All participants learnt equally from our fantastic <a tabindex=\"-1\"><\/a>speakers and the frank discussions within the delegate group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The social functions were a resounding success, with many new friendships flourishing and old ones re-igniting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After a few years of intense work pressures, the sunset Cocktail party and Gala dinner were a well-deserved opportunity to unwind, reflect and savour this moment with friends and family.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_row et_pb_row_3  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode
